1. Structure

This horizontal wet-back boiler features three-return internal combustion and fire-tube shell.

2. Big chamber, ripple furnace

Burning chamber is made up of ripple furnace, big burning space, fuel combustion completely, effectively absorb the thermal expansion, the radiation heating surface is big.

5. Multiple chain safeguard

It can reset automatically, and it also have the function of fire sight glasses and inspection gallery. Using the adjustment of burning flame in the operation, furnace inspection, maintenance convenience.

Boiler pressure, water temperature setting  multiple control and protection, and over-temperature protection, ensure the safe operation of the boiler.

6. Quality assurance

The boiler has to pass a series of strict inspection and testing, including the hydraulic pressure test and X-ray detection.
All the accessories such as burner, water pump, water level gauge valve and instrument USES adopt the international or domestic famous brand products.

7. Convenient to maintenance boiler inside

The inside of the furnace body is equipped with man hole, head hole and hand hole, which make the inspection and maintenance much simpler and convenient.
