Configuration Brief Introduction

DZH series boiler is the single drum longitudinal type water and fire tube shell water boiler, the burning equipment is the moving grate；The body is ‘A’ style, ensure the heating surface is uniform, and it adopts the water wall tube which is curving, stretchy, easy to shrink and expansion, and also have thread smoke tube, to ensure the safety and efficiency. And solve the following problems: the tube plate crack of shell type boiler, water wall tube burst, low efficiency, insufficient of power, poor of coal type adaptability etc.

(1) Compact structure, compared with same type boiler, the boiler with small size, will save the boiler investment of capital construction.

(2) The boiler barrel is consisted of arched tube plate and thread smoke tube, it makes the boiler Quasi steel body into quasi-elastic body structure. It cancel brace part of the tube plate, reduce the stress .Tube plate’s smoke tube change from double return into single return. It solves problem of the tube plate crack .

(3) The bottom of the boiler barrel layout with bank of tubes. It will avoid the dead water region in the bottom of the boiler barrel, then sludge is hard to deposit. Boiler barrel can get good cooling, it avoid the bottom of the pot shell burnt or bulge effectively.

(4) Stable operation, convenient adjustment, supply strong power .

(5) It takes the thread smoke tube to enhance heat transfer, improve the heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency. Due to disturbance of smoke in the tube, the smoke pipe is not easy to accumulate dust ,it can clean by itself .

(6) The boiler can remove the dust automatically, to ensure the smoke dust to reach the ruled norm of the environment protection.
